“Life Rings” is a symbolic composition about the human life journey. The vibrant spirals represent individual phases of life – experiences, memories, movement, and transformation. Each layer of color forms a chapter that inscribes itself into the next.
The white-grey and black zones mark the quieter phases, aging, and ultimately death. The tube-like forms appear as passages: transitions between beginning, development, maturity, and transience.
The central light inside the rings points to continuity – to the carrying forward of life beyond individual endings.
